Being highly configurable, Imprinter in Kofax, allows for different fonts, colours, placements, orientations and layouts to fit in with your form layouts or with incoming correspondence. Use relative mappings to handle multiple paper sizes in a single batch.
Expansive Kofax data mappings allow you to include index fields and batch fields, which may be automatically populated at validation and recognition, e.g. the document reference number.
Extend that with inbuilt automatic text, such as the document page number, the batch page number and multiple date/day formats. Options are available to use information from your EDRMS in the text stamp.
