Support – Help Desk
Sigma Data provides a comprehensive helpdesk platform that allows support assistance to be provided in a timely manner.

A multi tiered communications and telecommunications platform has been built to allow support to be provided in a number of ways to suit the level of need and urgency of query for each customer and user.

Queries are assessed and we attempt to answer 90% of these on the 1st pass. Queries requiring more in-depth analysis are appropriately escalated to module technical specialists.

Our goal is always to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible and get you back onto more productive matters.

 
Telephone Support:
The traditional method of support and will probably remain that way for sometime. However, it is not always the quickest and easiest way to provide support.

Whilst we have incorporated VOIP to allow some future proofing our belief is that this methodology alone does not provide a premium service. However, IP based services for voice, video and messaging that are seamless will very soon provide the ultimate solution for helpdesk support. Hence our investment in a leading edge communications platform that will continue to assist our customers for many years has been our driving force.
